Q: Where is a price guide?
A: Do to the fact that much of our business is either customized, personalized,
or completely unique, currently each job is quoted individually. However,
we are working on trying to provide some standard
pricing on many of our products in the Product Catalog. That should be
available soon.
Q: How do I get a quote?
A: You can either e-mail Sales@TheRPMS.com
or call 337.988.2080 or call toll free 866.988.2080 and ask to speak to
someone in sales.
Q: Is what I am doing confidential?
A: Yes. All orders are confidential and will not be shared or sold to
anyone else as a standard rule of the company. A non disclosure agreement
can be signed if necessary.
Q: If I submit a database for RPMS to manage, will it be sold
or used by anyone else?
A: No. Your database is your property and can not be sold or transferred
to anyone else. We will simply use it when sending out your mailers. We
will only make modifications, deletions, or additions upon your specific
request.
Q: How do you handle out of town/state customers?
A: We can work with you in a variety of ways. We can work through e-mail,
by fax, or by phone, whatever is more convenient to you.
Q: If I am on contract, do you offer direct billing?
A: If you are on a monthly/ quarterly mailer contract, we can automatically
charge your credit card each month for services at a specific date, if
that is what you choose.
Q: When are your operating hours?
A: Our general business hours are from Mon. - Fri. from 9:00 AM to 5:00
PM CST. However, in order to best serve the needs of the real estate community,
there is generally someone on call in the evenings and on weekends for
urgent jobs.
